BENGKULU - The Bengkulu Provincial Government will soon hold a motor vehicle tax bleaching program in 2024 which is planned to last until the end of the year. "Based on the results of the evaluation from the beginning of the year until now in May, we also see references in several provinces in Indonesia that are still extending tax bleaching," said Bengkulu Province BPKD Head Haryadi in Bengkulu, Antara, Tuesday, May 7. Bengkulu Governor, Haryadi claims, also agrees with the vehicle tax bleaching plan in response to the aspirations of the people in Bengkulu Province who still expect a tax bleaching program. "We coordinated with the Governor and it turned out that the Governor agreed to return to bleaching the motor vehicle tax in 2024, God willing, we will immediately socialize it so that the time will be enforced until the end of 2024," he said. The Bengkulu Provincial Government also hopes that later the community can make the best use of the program when it has been implemented. The tax realization achievement of the motor vehicle tax bleaching program and the transfer fee for the name of motorized vehicles in Bengkulu Province has reached Rp. 67.5 billion. This amount starts from early May to November 2023. Previously, the Bengkulu Provincial Government had also held a motor vehicle tax bleaching program for 6 not in 2023.
