Israel's War On Gaza, UNRWA: It's A War On Women

JAKARTA - Aid groups for Palestine have warned of Israel's plans to attack the Rafah where most Gazans took refuge there.

Concerns have escalated in the past week after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will soon follow up on threats of sending troops to Rafah.

Most recently, citing ANTARA, Saturday, MAY 4, the UN Aid and Work Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) on Friday, May 3, said that Israel's war in Gaza continues to be a war on women, with more than 10,000 women killed and 19,000 others injured.

The war in Gaza continues to be a war on women, with more than 10,000 women losing their lives and another 19,000 injured, according to the UN agency's tweet.

The statement also stated that every day 37 children lose their mothers in the midst of the war which has entered its seventh month.

UNRWA added, "The condition is so terrible; 155,000 pregnant and lactating women face limited access to water and sanitation equipment".
