JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo shared his experience of eating spicy noodles that went viral or became a public conversation, in a video with a vlog format, via Instagram @jokowi. "I am currently in Mataram, NTB and want to try Mie Gacoan," said President Jokowi in his video monitored in Jakarta, Antara, Wednesday, May 1. Furthermore, the video switches when the President's noodle order arrives. Based on information previously received, the President ordered mi level 0 and level 1. "The message has arrived, Mie Gacoan, I want to try the noodles," said Jokowi. The President said the noodles he ate were very spicy. "It's really sad," said Jokowi. In the video, two ministers accompanying the President, namely the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono and the Minister of Agriculture Amran Sulaiman also gave their opinion on the noodles. Basuki admitted that he ordered noodles at level 2 and run aground. In the video, Basuki appears to add soy sauce to the noodles he has eaten. "Level dua tapi sudah.. saya kira ini topnya saya makan sampai level dua ini. Tapi sip," kata Basuki. Meanwhile, Minister of Agriculture Amran, who took part in the President's order for mi level 1, also ran aground in eating noodles and gave up. "Wow, it's really good, it's just that the level one is really spicy. But because the President ate, I ate too, finally gave up, I ordered the second," said Amran. As previously reported, President Joko Widodo took the time to enjoy having dinner at a noodle stall in Mataram City, during a working visit to West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, Tuesday (30/4) night. Based on a press release received in Jakarta, Wednesday morning, the President arrived at the noodle shop at 21.10 WITA. President Jokowi appeared relaxed wearing a black shirt with long arms. During the evening meal, President Jokowi ordered one of the mainstay menus at the shop, namely mi gacoan level 0 and level 1, accompanied by hot tea and hot orange drinks.

On that occasion the President also served the request for selfies with the people there.
