TANGERANG - Police arrested a parking attendant named Iwan Misanto alias Botol on suspicion of violence that caused the victim's finger to be cut off due to being bitten. The root of the conflict was only because of a fight over the parking lot at Emanuel Church, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

Pondok Aren Police Chief, Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq confirmed the incident. The perpetrator was arrested on Monday, April 29.

"That's right, the perpetrator has been arrested. The perpetrator is suspected of molesting the victim, which is to bite the finger of the victim's left ring, until it breaks," said Bambang when confirmed, Tuesday, April 30.

"The motive is only a matter of fighting over the parking lot at Emanuel Pondok Aren Church," he continued

Bambang explained that the incident began with a parking lot at the Emanuel Church with many parking vehicles on March 20, at 19.00 WIB.

He continued, the victim and witness, Suwandih, who is a church employee, immediately tried to park the vehicles of the worshipers at the church.

Suddenly came a sensitive person who was not happy with the victim's whereabouts, because he parked a congregation's vehicle in the church yard.

The perpetrator came shouting. Then the reporter approached the perpetrator and asked 'What is it, brother? That's when the perpetrator immediately grabbed the stomach,' he said.

The victim, who did not like being followed by the perpetrator, immediately replied by pushing. The perpetrator then attacked the victim and bit Muis' finger.

When he saw his finger cut off, the victim immediately attacked the perpetrator. But soon the commotion was successfully dispersed by church security. The perpetrator fled.

The victim, who did not accept the incident, made a police report. The police who received information immediately conducted an investigation for almost 2 months were finally arrested.

"The perpetrator (Botol) is a suspect today. (Allegedly) with Article 351 of the Criminal Code," he concluded.
