Surya Paloh Expresses NasDem Supports Prabowo-Gibran Government

JAKARTA - The NasDem Party stated that it supports a new government that will be led by Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. This was conveyed directly by the Chairman of the NasDem Party, Surya Paloh when visiting the elected President, Prabowo Subianto in Kertanegara, Thursday, April 25. "NasDem today reiterated that it supports the new government under the administration of Mr. Prabowo Subianto and Mas Gibran," said Surya Paloh during a press conference. "We are ready to give full support to the new government," he continued. Surya Paloh then embraced Prabowo who was beside him. He also opened the possibility that the NasDem Party would join the Prabowo-Gibran government coalition. According to him, being in the government is a good choice. "If there is an option, it is not me who asks, but an opportunity, encouragement to invite together with the government, I think it is better," said Surya Paloh.

"This is my choice, NasDem's choice," he added.
