Previously, Bintan Police investigators had investigated cases of alleged forgery of land documents and overlapping land belonging to PT Expipindo at kilometer 23 of Sei Lekop Village, East Bintan District, Bintan Regency.
In this case, investigators have examined 23 witnesses, including the Acting Mayor of Tanjungpinang who is also the Head of the Riau Hasan Islands Province Communication and Information Office.
At the time of this case, Hasan was still the Head of East Bintan Sub-district for the period 2014 to 2016. Meanwhile, suspect R was a former village head of Sei Lekop, and another suspect with the initials B acted as a land measurementr.
