Bahlil Leaks Prabowo's Order In Kertanegara: Minister Is Prohibited From Going Abroad During The New Year

JAKARTA - The general chairman of the Golkar Party, Bahlil Lahadalia, revealed President Prabowo Subianto's order in a meeting with the Ketum political parties in Kertanegara, last weekend. Bahlil said Prabowo forbade all ministers of the Red and White Cabinet to travel abroad without the president's permission.

Bahlil admitted that there was no special discussion at the Prabowo meeting with the coalition political party chairman in Kertanegara other than to accompany him to attend the Christmas event at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan. Bahlil said that the members of government supporters often hold routine meetings to evaluate the running of the government.

"I am in Kertanegara, indeed we have a regular agenda. The chairmen of the coalition party always meet the President. And at that time we together with the President, came to at the same time accompany the President to the Christmas event. There was no special discussion," said Bahlil at the Golkar DPP Office, Slipi, West Jakarta, Tuesday, December 31.

In addition to talking about the evaluation of Christmas celebrations, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources said that the presidents and the General Chairmans also discussed how to make New Year celebrations in Indonesia also run well. One of them, the president instructed the ministers to stay in the country.

"Because of the orders of the President, all his ministers are not allowed to leave the country. Unless they are ordered by the President," said Bahlil.

"Well, I happened to be assigned to take care of fuel, gas, then LPG gas, then electricity. Take care of the volcano. Then take care of the landslide shift. So, we will report the work ordered by the President," he continued.

As is known, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto summoned a number of general chairmen of political parties at his private residence on Jalan Kertanegara, South Jakarta, Saturday, December 28.

A number of political party leaders who were observed to attend and leave the house of the President of the Republic of Indonesia were included in the Forward Indonesia Coalition (KIM) Plus. They are the Chairman of PKB Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin), PKS President Ahmad Syaikhu, and Democratic Party Chairman Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).

There are also PAN Chairperson Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas), Golkar Party Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia, and MPR RI Chairman Ahmad Muzani and Indonesian House of Representatives Deputy Chairman Sufmi Dasco Ahmad.
