JAKARTA - Kapendam XVII/Cenderawasih Lt. Col. Inf Chandra Kurniawan suspects that the perpetrators of the attack and shooting that killed Danramil 1703 - 04 Aradide Letda Inf Oktovianus Sogalrey from the OPM Paniai group.
