JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran legal team presented Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej or Eddy Hiariej as an expert in the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) trial at the Constitutional Court (MK). However, the former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights has not yet obtained permission from the university to give an opinion before the trial. The disclosure of this began when the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Suhartoyo, checked the completeness of the formal requirements before Eddy Hiariej conveyed his views. "Mr. Eddy, this is prof. There is no permit from the campus yet?" asked the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Suhartoyo during the trial, Thursday, March 4. Answering that question, Eddy Hiariej said that he did not apply for permission to the university. "We did not apply for a permit, so we did come directly here (MK)," said Eddy. "If you want to have a helicopter, that's fine, later we will judge the information because this is part of the formal completeness," Suhartoyo said. "Yes, good, good," said Eddy. Eddy Hiariej is one of eight experts presented by the Prabowo-Gibran camp. The presence of the former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights was rejected by Oleb Bambang Widjojanto, who is Anies-Cak Imin's attorney.
