The Polda Metro Jaya has arrested an honorary officer for the East Jakarta Fire Department (Damkar) with the initials SN who has been named a suspect in a sexual abuse case against his biological child.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the arrests were made at his residence in the Cilangkap area, East Jakarta.

"A man suspected of SN has been arrested, which was reported by his ex-wife on suspicion of sexual abuse or violence against his biological child," Ade told reporters, Tuesday, April 2.

The arrests were made after investigators conducted a case title. It was agreed that a criminal element had been fulfilled so that SN was named a suspect.

During the arrest process, the suspect SN was said to be cooperative. There was no resistance whatsoever that was carried out until he was finally taken to the Polda Metro Jaya.

"The suspect was arrested with a case title first. He went up to investigate and then filed a case with the status of a suspect," said Ade.

In this case, suspect SN was charged with Article 82 in conjunction with Article 76 E of Law number 17 of 2016 concerning Child Protection.

As a reminder, the case of sexual abuse by SN went viral after PA as the victim's mother exposed it to the public through her Instagram account @priskaprllyy.

It was stated that this obscenity occurred when his son with the initials S stayed at SN's house in Jakarta.

At that time he picked up his son to return to BSD where he lived. While on the way S asked to be replaced with diapers and his son also complained of pain in his genitals.
