Vice President Hopes Leadership With Jokowi Ends Husnulkhatimah

JAKARTA - Indonesian Vice President Ma'ruf Amin hopes that his leadership with President Joko Widodo in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet can end well or husnulkhatimah.

"I hope that the leadership of Pak Jokowi and I ends with husnulkhatimah," said the Vice President in his remarks at the breaking of the fast with reporters at the Vice Presidential Palace at the vice president's official residence, Jakarta, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 1 evening.

The vice president said that he had been working by prioritizing harmonious ways that complement each other with President Widodo.

Ma'ruf Amin realizes that in a period of government there will be things that are achieved and not achieved. This is an error due to the existing situation and conditions.

However, because the leadership relay will continue, the Vice President believes Indonesia will be able to be better.

"However, because it will continue (the leadership ecosystem will continue), I am optimistic that Indonesia in the future can be even better," he said.

The Vice President also expressed hope for journalists to continue to help the Government, whoever its leaders are, in maintaining the condition and integrity of the nation which is more than anything.

"Please continue to help the government, whoever the government is, to maintain the condition and integrity of the nation, which is more than everything. That's capital. If the country is not intact, I don't think it is possible to build well," said the vice president.

Ma'ruf Amin said that the Indonesian nation should be grateful because a country as big as Indonesia with various ethnicities and religions can continue to maintain its integrity to this day.
