JAKARTA - The head of the Prabowo-Gibran legal team, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, admitted that he was confused by the expert explanation brought by the Anies-Muhaimin team in the 2024 presidential election dispute trial.

"Is he a criminal expert, economist, or expert present here? We are confused," he continued.
Responding to this, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo views that the assessment of the suitability of the field of science towards the explanations of the applicants is the authority of the Constitutional Court.
"Let us judge, Prof," Suhartoyo replied to Yusril.
In his presentation, expert Anthony said that Jokowi violated a number of provisions, namely the provision of social assistance unilaterally by Jokowi violated Article 23 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance.
Then, irregularities in the 2024 State Budget Policy for political interests that benefit the President's (Gibran) children violate Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning State Administrators who are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism; and violate Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.
