The Indictment Is Being Developed, Ammar Zoni Immediately Holds A Session At The West Jakarta District Court

The West Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) is completing the administration including the indictment of the Ammar Zoni narcotics abuse case to be handed over to the West Jakarta District Court (PN).

West Jakarta Kejari Head Hendri Antoro said this was done after the delegation of the Ammar Zoni case to the West Jakarta Kejari, Thursday, March 28 at around 11.00 WIB.

"We will complete the indictment for time to hand it over to the West Jakarta District Court," said Hendri in Jakarta, Thursday, March 28, quoted by Antara.

Regarding Ammar Zoni's status as a recidivist in narcotics abuse cases, Hendri said that this would be a separate consideration by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) in the trial.

"Of course, when it is included in the recidivist category or has committed a criminal act, it will be a separate consideration later in criminal prosecution," said Hendri.

Hendri emphasized that the status of Ammar Zoni recidivist did not make him get additional allegations of articles from the West Jakarta Kejari, but became burdensome things in the trial.

"No, it becomes burdensome, and the aggravating thing doesn't have to be a separate article," said Hendri.

In addition, Hendri also added that the Ammar Zoni suspect was also cooperative when the process of completing the administration or phase II was carried out.

"Yes, at this time we are cooperative and of course we will all take measured steps in accordance with the norms, in accordance with the procedural law, in accordance with the existing SOPs. And we hope that until it is finished, until the inkrah in question is cooperative," said Hendri.

Now, Ammar Zoni is scheduled to be detained at the Class I State Detention Center, Central Jakarta or the Salemba Detention Center.

"We will leave the understanding later in the detention center which we have coordinated, maybe members will tell it later. (Rutan) Salemba, for the next twenty days," said Hendri.

Ammar Zoni will be handed over today to the Salemba Rutan.

"We immediately took him to the detention center today," said Hendri.

Previously, Ammar Zoni (AZ) artist was threatened with four years in prison related to cases of drug abuse of methamphetamine and marijuana.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Police M Syahduddi said the threat was also suspected of being a drug supplier to AZ named AH.

Syahduddi explained that during the arrest of AZ in the BSD area, South Tangerang, Banten, on Tuesday (12/12), four packages of methamphetamine weighing 4.36 grams and a package of marijuana leaves weighing 1.32 grams were secured.

"Then a bag and padir paper, we call it, to consume marijuana and then an electric scale and a cell phone (mobile phone) unit," said Syahduddi.
