Police Expressed The Seconds Of A Concrete Accident At GT Halim

JAKARTA - A series of accidents involving a number of vehicles occurred in front of the Halim Utama Toll Road GT, East Jakarta, Wednesday, March 27, morning. The reason is that the yellow truck is loaded with sofas.

Head of PJR Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Hasby Ristama said the accident started when a yellow truck driven by MI passed from Bekasi to the inner-city toll road.

Before arriving at the Halim Utama Toll Road, the truck loaded with sofas hit two cars in front of it.

"The 18-year-old MI-driven BG-8420-VB yellow truck that exceeds the cargo containing a sofa crashed into a Brio B 2780 TYB and a black E-1505-MR expander before the 300-meter toll gate," said Hasby to VOI, Wednesday, March 27.

Even though they hit two cars, the yellow truck didn't stop. The pace of the truck was even faster and headed for the 3rd track of the Halim Utama Toll Road.

Then, the truck hit three other cars again. In fact, one of them bounced several meters.

"It crashed into the Z-8445-AH Z- pick-up car until it bounced to substation 5. Then it hit the B-1061-SPW white Hyundai car after successively crashing into the D-8633-YR white Box car and the yellow truck overturned," he said.

"As a result of the crash from the yellow truck, the whitezu pickup truck entered lane 5 and hit a Yaris B-1103-KRT car," continued Hasby.

Currently, the yellow truck driver has been secured. The inspection process is being carried out on truck drivers, including urine tests.

"The suspect has now been arrested and a urine test is being carried out," said Hasby.
