Gerindra About The Prabowo-Gibran Defending Team At The Constitutional Court: This Is The Dream Team Boss, Our Ecek-Ecek Lawsuit Is Up

JAKARTA - Gerindra Party Deputy Habiburokhman said the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team as a dream team (dream team) would address the dispute over the 2024 Presidential Election Results (PHPU) dispute by the legal team of Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud which he called ecek-ecek.

"Inidream team, boss! Lawsuit is checking like that, yes, we will be so busy, you know!" Habiburokhman was quoted as saying by ANTARA, Tuesday, March 26.

Because, he said, the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team consisted of legal experts to reliable and well-known lawyers.

"Our team of lawyers kandream team, who understands best about HTN (state law) in Indonesia, who other than Prof. Yusril Ihza Mahendra? The best lawyer for HTN in Indonesia, teacher, right? The most expensive lawyer like this (Gesture shows fingers) Bang Hotman who won difficult cases. The chairman is an advocate, whose president is an advocate throughout Indonesia? Bang Otto Hasibuan. Who is the most senior lawyer active? Mr. OC Kaligis," he said.

He also believes that the Constitutional Court (MK) will not finally grant the PHPU application for the 2024 presidential election submitted by the legal teams Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud.

"That's all, everyone is already mafum, that God willing, we will not be proud that the constitutional judge will side with the people, that the people have accepted this election, even the people are grateful for this election and respect this election. So it will not change the election results of the Constitutional Court's decision," he said.

According to him, the PHPU application for the 2024 presidential election submitted by the legal team of Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud also did not have strong evidence.

"If we read it, I have read the file of the two application files which are minimalist, minimal evidence, weak arguments," he said.

For this reason, he believes that the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team will easily break the arguments in the 2024 presidential election PHPU application submitted by the legal teams Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud.

"Because there is no evidence of fraud, the two candidate pairs recycled the problem. If you read the construction of the application 80 percent, that's all, recycled again, right?" he said.

Earlier on Monday (25/3), the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team was ready to become a related party by officially submitting a letter of application to the Constitutional Court for two PHPU cases for the 2024 presidential election submitted by the Anies-Muhaimin legal team and the Ganjar-Mahfud legal team.

"There are 45 people in the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team tonight, who have submitted a letter of application to become related parties in two cases submitted to the Constitutional Court," said Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team Chairman Yusril Ihza Mahendra at the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta.
