Anggota Itwasda Polda NTB Dilaporkan Istri Karena Menganiaya Dengan Martir Gara-gara Dituduh HP

A member of the Regional Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasda) of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police with the rank of Police Inspector One (IPTU) with the initials AS was reported on suspicion of hitting his wife in a hammer.

"Yes, I myself reported it, last Saturday (23/3), I reported it for the persecution," said Hani, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, March 26.

Hani, the wife of the alleged perpetrator, admitted that she had reported the US Iptu to the NTB Police. The victim confirmed the report by sending a Police Report Number: LP/B/39/III/2024/SPKT/POLDA NTB, dated March 23, 2024.

This problem occurred as a result of the perpetrator accusing the victim of hiding his cellphone.

Even though he had stated the oath in front of the perpetrator and looked for the cellphone in his room and bag, the perpetrator still accused the victim.

"My husband thought I took the cellphone, he was angry and furious until he beat me with a hammer hammer," he said.

The incident of domestic violence (KDRT) took place on Saturday (23/3) afternoon until evening. Feeling unable to deal with her husband's behavior, the victim fled to a neighbor's house for protection.

"I was then picked up by my relatives, and I had a post-mortem accompanied by investigators from the NTB Police Ditreskrimum at that time (report)," he said.

In the report, the victim reported Iptu AS who was suspected of violating Article 44 paragraph (1) and/or paragraph (4) or Article 45 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PDKRT).

"I ask for justice and my report is processed," said Hani.

Meanwhile, the Director of Criminal Investigation at the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, confirmed that he had not received any information regarding the report.

"The information has not yet been entered to my desk. If so, we will definitely follow up," said Syarif.
