JAKARTA - Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK) Saldi Isra said Constitutional Justice Arsul Sani was still following the process of handling the 2024 Presidential Election Result Dispute (PHPU) case as long as no one expressed objection.
"We will see if there are any of the parties who will object to Pak Arsul's whereabouts. If there is, we will discuss it later," said Saldi when met at the Constitutional Court building, Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, March 25.
