Perpetrators Of Aniya Lansia In Karawaci Surrender To Police

TANGERANG - Police arrested the perpetrator of the abuse of an elderly man with the initials KR which occurred on Jalan Promenade, Karawaci, Tangerang City.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the perpetrator with the initials AAN (32) was arrested on Friday, March 22.

"The perpetrator surrendered and we have secured him in a detention cell," said Zain in his statement, Monday, March 25.

Zain explained that the incident began when the victim was carrying a motorcycle with the perpetrator on Jalan Raya. AAN felt that he did not accept it and finally approached the victim and carried out persecution.

For this incident, the victim made a report to the police on Thursday, March 22. It didn't take long for the perpetrator to surrender to the Tangerang City Metro Police.

For his actions, perpetrator AAN was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution, threatened with a maximum imprisonment of five years.
