TNI Commander Mutasi 52 Pati, Including Kabais And Head Of RSPAD

JAKARTA - TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto transferred 52 high-ranking officers (pati), including the Head of the Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS) Lt. Gen. Rudianto replaced by Major General TNI Yudi Abrimantyo who was previously the Head of the Defense Strategic Installation Agency (Kabaintrahan) of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. The policy was stated in the Decree (Skep) of the TNI Commander Number Kep/329/III/2024 which was signed by Agus Subiyanto on Friday as confirmed by the Head of the TNI, Maj. Gen. Nugraha Gumilar in his statement, Sunday, March 24th

In the decree, the TNI Commander gave promotions to Major General Yudi Abrimantyo, while Lt. Gen. Rudianto was rotationally affected as Commander General (Danjen) of the TNI Academy replacing Vice Admiral TNI Dadi Hartanto, who was also affected by rotation as Inspector General (Irjen) of the TNI.

Lt. Gen. (Mar) Suhartono, who previously served as Inspector General of the TNI, was transferred to the Indonesian Navy Headquarters (Mabesal) as a high-ranking officer at the Indonesian Navy Headquarters in order to retire.

Then, within the Indonesian Navy, several positions were also subject to rotation, including the Commander of Fleet Command (Pangkoarmada) I held by Rear Admiral TNI Rear Admiral TNI Yoos Suryono Hadi, who previously carried out the mandate as Commander of the Indonesian Navy Staff and Command School (Danseskoal).

Deputy Commander of Seskoal (Wadan Seskoal) First Admiral TNI Fauzi was promoted as Danseskoal. Young Admiral TNI Kisdiyanto, who previously served as Deputy for State Defense Coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, was transferred to the Special Staff of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (KSAL).

Kisdiyanto's old position was filled by Brigadier General Rudy Syamsir, who previously served as Assistant Deputy for Human Rights Coordination at the Deputy for Legal and Human Rights Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Of the ranks of high-ranking officers of the Indonesian Air Force, officers affected by rotation, namely the First Marshal (Marsma) of the TNI Yuwono Agung Nugroho who filled the position as Director General of the State Military and Administrative Court (Badiltun) of the Supreme Court, and Deputy Marshal TNI Dr. dr. Ferdik Sukma Wahyudin who is currently a permanent lecturer at the Defense University.

Yuwono, who previously served as Head of the Bureau of Legislation (Karo Turdang) of the Secretariat General of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, has been sworn in and sworn in as Director General of Badilmiltun by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Muhammad Syarifuddin at the Supreme Court Building, Jakarta, on March 18, 2024.

Meanwhile, Ferdik's old position as Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni at the Defense University is currently filled by Major General TNI Rui FGP Duarte, who previously served as Head of the Defense University Supervisory Unit (Kasatwas).

Another high-ranking TNI officer who was hit by rotation, namely Lt. Gen. dr. Albertus Budi Sulistya, who previously served as Head of the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital in Jakarta, is currently a special staff of the Army Chief of Staff. The TNI Commander has so far not appointed a replacement for Budi Sulistya.

Then, TNI Major General Fajar Setyawan, who previously served as Deputy for Emergency Management of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), is currently returning to the TNI AD Headquarters in order to retire.

Fajar was replaced by Brigadier General Lukmansyah who received promotion from his previous position as Special Staff of Kasad.

Maj. Gen. Ilyas Alamsyah, who previously served as Commander of the XVIII/Kasuari Military Region (Pangdam) was also affected by rotation and currently serves as Chief of Staff (Kas) of the Strategic Reserve Command of the Indonesian Army (Kostrad).

Ilyas replaces Major General TNI Farid Makruf, who is currently serving as an Expert Expert in the Natural Resources Division of the National Resilience Institution (Lemhannas). The TNI commander also promoted Major General TNI Haryanto, who previously served as Commander of the Infantry Division (Pangdivif) 2 Kostrad to become Pangdam XVIII/Kasuari.

The position of Pangdivif 2 Kostrad is filled by Brigadier General Anton Yuliantoro, who was promoted from his previous position as Assistant Logistics for the Chief of Staff of Kostrad (Aslog Kas Kostrad).

Not only in the Kostrad Division 2, the position of Commander of the 3rd Infantry Division of Kostrad has also changed from the original TNI Major General Choirul Anam to Brigadier General Bangun Nawoko.

Bangun got a promotion from his previous position as Deputy Assistant Operations (Waasops) Kasad. Meanwhile, Choirul Anam became the Inspector (Ir) of Kostrad.

The Commander also rotated Major General Yanuar Adil, who previously served as Pangdam II/Sriwijaya, currently he fills the position of Expert Staff Officer (Pa Sahli) Level III Kasad.

Yanuar was replaced by Major General TNI Moh. Naudi Nurdika, who previously served as the Central Commander of the Medan Artillery Armed Forces (Danpussenarmed).

Then, the position of Head of the TNI AD Equipment Center (Danpuspalad) is currently filled by Brigadier General R.D. Epi Setiadi, who previously served as Deputy Head of Puspalad. Epi replaces Major General TNI Kuswara Harja who is entering the retirement preparation period.

In the same SKep, the Commander also rotated several Military Resort Commanders (Danrem), namely Danrem 052/Wijayakrama (West Jakarta) Kodam Jaya, which was originally filled by Brigadier General TNI Putranto Gatot Sri Handoyo, currently held by Brigadier General Krido Pramono. Brigadier General Putranto was appointed by the Commander as Danpussenarmed.

Colonel Mohammad Andhy Kusuma, who previously served as Danrem 071/Wijayakusuma Kodam IV/Diponegoro, also received promotions as Head of the TNI Procurement Center (Kapusada).

Colonel Mohammad Andhy Kusuma is one of eight colonels who 'break up stars' aka get promotions for high-ranking officers in the latest SKep mutation, rotation, and promotion of the TNI Commander.

In the SKep, other colonels who received promotions, namely Colonel Abdul Rahman Said as Seskoad Education Director, Colonel Albert Simanjuntak as Kasad Level II Expert Staff Officer for Environment, Colonel Tato Hadian as Deputy Assistant for Planning and Budget (Wasrena) Kasad for Planning.

Then, Colonel Moch. Erwansjah received a promotion as Director of Studies and Development (Dirjianbang) of the Command for the Development of Doctrine, Education, and Training of the Indonesian Army (Kodiklatad), Colonel Iwan Setiawan as Deputy Assistant for Personnel (Waasspers) of the Head of the Personnel Development Division, Colonel Zunan Muchdlori as Officer of the Staff of the Second Level of Social Communications Expert of the TNI Commander, and Marine Colonel (S) Akhmad Tarmizi as the Chief of Staff of the Cyber Expert Staff of the TNI Commander.
