Check 4 Members Of The Bandung DPRD, KPK Endus Titipan The Entrance Work Package In The APBD

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has sniffed out a deposit of work packages that are included in the Bandung City Budget. Four members of the Bandung City DPRD were questioned by investigators as witnesses on Monday, March 18 yesterday.

Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said the four members of the Bandung City DPRD were Riantono, Yudi Cahyadi, Achmad Nugraha, and Ferry Cahyadi. They were questioned at the PUPR Region IV Bandung Competency Development Center.

"Witnesses were present and confirmed, among others, related to allegations in the form of work package deposits to be included in the APBD budget for changes to the Bandung City Government," Ali said in a written statement, Tuesday, March 19.

Ali has not yet detailed the work package. However, their information is needed to shed light on the procurement corruption case related to the Bandung Smart City program.

The KPK has not yet detailed the suspects in this case. However, four members of this regional parliament were charged with the Bandung City Secretary Ema Sumarna based on the information gathered.

Previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was developing a corruption case in the procurement of CCTV related to the Bandung Smart City program. Ema Sumarna was examined as a witness on Thursday, March 14.

"Please pray, please pray," he told reporters after undergoing the examination.

Meanwhile, Ema's attorney, Rizky Rizganta, confirmed that his client had been named a suspect. The legal status notification has been received from the KPK on March 5 which coincided with a summons.

As for this case, the KPK has arrested the Mayor of Yana Mulyana who has been removed. He is currently serving four years in prison in Sukamiskin Prison, Bandung, West Java.
