The joint apparatus who guarded and secured Jokowi's impeachment demonstration did not secure the perpetrators of the burning of tires in front of the DPR/MPR RI building.

"No one has been arrested," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Ipda Ruslan, when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, March 5.

The masses expressed their emotions when holding a demonstration in front of the DPR/MPR RI Building with the burning of tires. They are desperate to burn the tires even though they have been guarded by the joint security forces.

"(they) just burn the used tires. (the situation) is still safe conducive," he said.

Although one section of Jalan Jenderal Gatot Soebroto towards Slipi, West Jakarta has been closed with a tire burn blockade, the traffic flow on the toll road in front of the DPR RI building is still monitored normally and smoothly.

"The road is still closed. The toll road is still normal," he said.

A joint group of masses from various elements gathered in front of the fence of the DPR/MPR RI Building to protest and demand that Jokowi resign from his position. To express their anger, they burned used tires as a symbol of resistance.

The burning of used tires was carried out in the middle of Jalan Jenderal Gatot Soebroto, Central Jakarta. The flames continued to grow and black smoke continued to soar in the air.
