Allegations Of Sexual Harassment At Pancasila University Continues, The Inactive Chancellor Fulfills The Second Examination Today

The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila inactive, Edie Toet Hendratno alias ETH, confirmed that he would fulfill the summons for the second examination as the reported case of alleged harassment at the Polda Metro Jaya, today.

The examination is a follow-up to investigators regarding the report made by the alleged victim with the initials DF.

"So he (Edie Toet Hendratno) will attend at 10.00 WIB," said Edie Toet Hendratno's attorney, Faizal Hafied to VOI, Tuesday, March 5.

Edie Toet Hendratno's presence in fulfilling the summons for examination will later be referred to as a form of cooperation in dealing with the ongoing legal process.

In addition, the examination process later is an opportunity for him to provide information regarding the alleged sexual harassment.

"He has good faith in explaining and clarifying so that his reputation can be restored," said Faizal.

The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila was originally asked for information on February 29. However, the examination was for a report made by RZ.

In the alleged sexual harassment case involving Edie Toet Hendratno, Polda Metro Jaya received two reports.

The first report with the reporter is RZ who is an employee at Pancasila University. The report is registered with the number LP/B/193/I/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, dated January 12, 2024.

Meanwhile, the other LPs are delegations from Bareskrim Polri. Currently, the two reports are still in the process of being investigated.

The Chancellor of Pancasila University is suspected of violating Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).
