JAKARTA Ahead of the student demonstration related to the right to impeach the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi), the Central Jakarta Metro Police held an apple with joint TNI and Polri personnel in the courtyard of the DPR/MPR RI Building, Central Jakarta, Friday, March 1.

"A total of 2,593 joint personnel are carrying out security rallyes at the DPR / MPR RI," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro when confirmed by VOI, Friday, March 1, morning.

In the demonstration later, the demonstrators from various elements brought their respective demands. The mass groups who are members of Gema 0103 (March 1 Community Movement) bring demands related to Jokowi's impeachment, reject the results of the 2024 presidential election, replace the KPU commissioners and re-presidential elections.

Meanwhile, the group of people's actions in the universe brought 3 demands of the people at the demonstration later. The three demands are lowering the price of basic necessities, supporting the right of inquiry and disqualification 02, Jokowi impeachment.

The mass group belonging to SEMA PTKIN said that the national action of students with the civil society coalition. This mass group brought demands related to supporting the conduct of the right of inquiry, the high price of basic commodities, environmental destruction and agrarian conflicts, and the impeachment of President Joko Widodo.

However, mass groups supporting the government also attended a demonstration at the DPR/MPR RI Building later. The mass group from the Jabodetabek Student Alliance actually brought demands from a number of other mass groups.
