Remind IKN Support, AHY Invites East Kalimantan BPN Employees To Seize Community Trust

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) emphasized that BPN must be able to realize itself into an institution that is more trusted by the community. "We ask to create (BPN) agencies that are more trusted by the public," AHY said during a working visit in Samarinda, East Kalimantan (Kaltim), Thursday, February 29, which was confiscated by Antara. AHY made this statement when he visited the East Kalimantan BPN Regional Office in Samarinda City. "The ranks of BPN must have integrity and capacity, both of them need to be built simultaneously," he said. According to AHY, the development of integrity and capacity is to make human resources within the Ministry of ATR/BPN more professional and trusted. He appealed to all levels of the East Kalimantan Provincial BPN Regional Office to focus on serving the community and realizing institutional values, namely serving, being professional and trusted. The Regional Office of BPN for East Kalimantan Province, he added, currently has dual duties, namely serving the community and supporting the development of IKN as the capital city of Indonesia's future country. "We want to be an institution that is increasingly trusted by the public. Run all forms of service and activities properly without any delinquency that is not expected by the community," he said. "With the available infrastructure, we are sure that the East Kalimantan Provincial BPN Regional Office can carry out its duties well," continued AHY.

During his visit, AHY traced one by one the rooms and other facilities, such as the digital application used to support services at the BPN Office located on Jalan M. Yamin, Samarinda City, that. "Fasilitas merupakan hal yang paling penting untuk mendukung pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dengan aplikasi digital bakal menjalankan tugas tepat waktu dan pasti sehingga masyarakat lebih nyaman menggunakan layanan itu," tandasnya.
