Police Are Looking For A Gang Of 3 Tons Of Rice Thief In Teluknaga, Tangerang

TANGERANG - As much as 3 tons of rice in a rice agent on Jalan Raya Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency was stolen by malang. Losses are estimated at tens of millions.

Head of Public Relations of the Tangerang Metro Police, Kompol Ariyono, confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Monday, February 26.

"We are in the process of investigating later if there is progress, we will convey it at the level of investigation," said Ariyoni in a short message, Wednesday, February 28.

Meanwhile, the owner of the agent, Throw, told about the incident when he made his place of business. However, when the rolling door opened, it turned out that 3 tons in its place had been sold out by thieves.

"I was shocked when I entered to see that dozens of sacks of rice in the shop were all sold out," said Throw.

He suspects that there is more than one perpetrator. They also used a car to transport the rice.

"It can't be alone. Because a lot of things were stolen. They must have been carried in a pickup," he said.

After the incident, he immediately reported it to the Teluknaga Police for legal processing.
