Badung Police Detain 2 New Suspects In The Mistargeted Beating Case To Death

Badung Police have detained two more suspects in the case of beating one of the targets against a young man named Adhi Putra Krismawan to death on Jalan Raya Sempidi, Mengwi, Badung Regency, Bali.

Badung Deputy Police Chief Kompol I Made Pramasetia said the two perpetrators P and S were arrested in East Java a week ago thanks to coordination with the East Java Regional Police.

"Their role was to insult the victim with their hands, kick and throw with flower pots. In the video, it can be seen with pots, this is one of them," said Made Pramaytia, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 27.

The two perpetrators are natives of Madiun, East Java who work in Bali.

Of the seven perpetrators, two people who had just been arrested were also perpetrators who were indeed actively beating the victim Adhi Putra Krismawan to death.

Badung Deputy Police Chief said his party was still looking for the whereabouts of two other people who had not been caught.

"We are still hunting for about 2 more people," he said.

One of the perpetrators of the beating of the victim of the wrong target, Adhi Putra Krismawan, namely AMF (17). AMF is a minor who has been detained at the Class II Karangasem Special Correctional Institution, Bali.

AMF was sentenced by the Denpasar District Court for being legally and convincingly proven to have committed premeditated murder of victim Adhi Putra Krismawan who died on Jalan Raya Sempidi-Dalung, Sempidi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali, on Tuesday (16/1/2024).

In the trial process, AMF was found guilty of committing a criminal act of participating in the premeditated murder as in the first Primary alternative indictment with a prison sentence of 6 (six) years.

AMF (17) is one of six members of a silat college who was proven to have participated in the beating of a young man who was one of the targets to death.

Denpasar District Court Judge stated that AMF was proven jointly to have committed the murder carried out with prior planning, as regulated and subject to criminal penalties in Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code in the First indictment of Primary Public Prosecutor.

AMF together with other perpetrators, Hilmi, Roni, Bima, Oksa and Pujianto Alias Uta, killed the victim on Jalan Raya Sempidi-Dalung, Sempidi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali, on Tuesday (16/1/2024), at around 00.30 WITA.

Dalam insiden tersebut, AMF bersama lima pelaku lainnya dari perguruan pencak silat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, mau menyerang anggota perguruan silat lainnya.

However, at the time of the incident, the perpetrators were wrongly targeted and claimed the lives of others, namely the victim Adhi Putra Krismawan.

Based on the results of the Visum Et Repertum, the victim's body was found with bruises and abrasions due to blunt force violence, open wounds in accordance with stab wounds, wounds on the neck in accordance with bruises on the strangulation incident.
