JAKARTA - A student using Transjakarta bus public transportation was targeted by two perpetrators armed with sharp weapons on Jend Street. Ahmad Yani, in front of the Transjakarta Bus Stop, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta.

The incident occurred when the victim after getting off the Transjakarta bus and was about to resume his journey by waiting for an online motorcycle taxi on Jend Ahmad Yani Street, Cempaka Putih. The victim was about to go to college.

"So on Friday afternoon, February 23, I took a busway, from the front of the BKN to Tanjung Priok. But I got off at the Cempaka Putih busway stop, in front of Pertamina Hospital, Cempaka Putih. Before leaving the busway corridor, I ordered an online motorcycle taxi," RS told reporters at the Cempaka Putih Police Headquarters, Tuesday, February 27.

When the victim of the hospital ordered an online motorcycle taxi, the victim then got off and left the busway corridor bridge. The victim stood on the right side of Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani, Cempaka Putih.

Then from behind the victim, it was seen that a motorbike approached and stopped on the left where the victim was standing. The perpetrator used a motorbike riding two unidentified men.

"One passenger (motor) took out a sharp weapon from his left hand, then his right hand took my cellphone. After successfully taking the cellphone, he ran towards the rope passing through the sidewalk, walking on the sidewalk he went in the opposite direction," he said.

During the incident, the perpetrator pointed a sharp weapon at the victim. Seeing the perpetrator equipped with a sharp weapon, the victim was helpless.

"I saw a sharp weapon with sickles. After taking it, I shouted snatched it," he said.

However, the perpetrator's actions did not receive a positive response from residents for fear of the sharp weapon carried by the perpetrator.

"Many people heard trying to help but they were afraid of the sickle weapons that the perpetrators continued to throw at them," said the victim.

RS admitted that the sickle brought by the perpetrator was quite large. The perpetrators have the characteristics of riding a black automatic motorbike and the motorcyclist wearing a helmet.

"The male is wearing a long-sleeved shirt. The loss I experienced was the pro max 13 iPhone and 500 thousand electronic money in the Tokopedia application. The cellphone cost Rp. 21 million when I bought it," he said.

Currently, the victim has made a report to the Cempaka Putih Police. The victim has also been questioned by the investigators.

"Already in the BAP. Waiting for the next call from the police," he said.
