Democrats Yakin AHY Tuntaskan Persoalan Certificate Tanah Elektronik

JAKARTA - Democratic Party politician Orco Olfriady Letunggamu believes that the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) as well as the Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), can solve the issue of electronic land certificates in Indonesia.

"The issue of this electronic land certificate is the President's priority at the inauguration. I am very sure, after this will be accelerated, Mr. AHY," he said in a written statement quoted by ANTARA, Friday, February 23.

Osco, who is also the General Chair of Pro Rakabuming Raka (Praka), said that AHY has been known as a leader who puts forward work quickly. His understanding of technology is quite capable. He is sure that efforts to issue electronic land certificates will be a top priority.

In addition to electronic land certificates that will be pushed more massively, other things that AHY pays attention to regarding the Right to Use (HGU) for carbon trading. In addition, related to 120 million Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) or 120 million (land) to enter PTSL which must be completed immediately.

"For HGU carbon trading, related to government regulations, it must be resolved immediately because many parties want to enter," he said.

He also praised President Jokowi for revealing one by one the positions and academic backgrounds, from the son of the sixth President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono when he was inaugurated. This shows that the trust as Minister of ATR/BPN is based on its ability.
