Jokowi Dinner At Megamall Manado, Residents Enthusiastically Fight For Photos

MANADO - President Joko Widodo visited one of the shopping centers located in the Megamall Manado area, Manado City, North Sulawesi (North Sulawesi).

President Jokowi headed to Megamall for dinner and wanted to greet the residents of Manado City directly, in connection with a two-day working visit in North Sulawesi, namely inaugurating the Lolak Dam, Bolaang Mongondow Regency and meeting with the MSME assisted by Mekaar PNM and visiting the Bulog Bitung Warehouse.

Reported by ANTARA, Thursday, February 22, President Joko Widodo's working visit in North Sulawesi was accompanied by the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, SOE Minister Erik Tohir and North Sulawesi Governor Olly Dondokambey.

The presence of the President was greeted with enthusiasm by visitors who were also enjoying the evening. Pak Jokowi, Mr. President, "call them to the President.

"We are very happy to be able to meet Mr. Jokowi in person," said Meity R, a resident of Manado City.

He said his party did not expect the president to come to Megamall Manado.

Raynold W, a resident of Teling Manado, also said that he was surprised because President Jokowi was not closely guarded.

Megamall owner Amelia Tungka said that her party was very happy with the presence of the number one person in Indonesia, and chose to have dinner at Megamall Manado.

Amelia said that President Jokowi could enjoy the atmosphere in Megamall.

About an hour in a shopping center, the President and the ministers then returned to the hotel where he spent the night in North Sulawesi.
