PKS Explains The Reason Why The Anies-Cak Imin Supports The Right Of Questionnaires: Instead Of Going To The Constitutional Court, There Are Uncles

JAKARTA - PKS Secretary General Habib Aboe Bakar Al-Habsyi explained the reasons for the three political parties (political parties) to carry Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar to support the proposed right of inquiry to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 General Election.

The decision to support the right of inquiry was revealed after the meeting of the Secretary General of NasDem, PKB, and PKB today. According to Aboe, the right of inquiry is one of the effective ways in parliament in dismantling the current problems.

"Ini menarik, anngket ini bagus. Dari pada pada kita ke MK (Mahkamah Konstitusi), ada deman. Lebih kita kengket, putih. Ya, kan?" ungkap Aboe di NasDem Tower, Cikini, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis, 22 Februari.

Aboe's statement is a satire for vice presidential candidate number 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka. The Constitutional Court's decision to pass Gibran as a vice presidential candidate was involved in a violation of the ethics of the Constitutional Court judge, especially former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman.

Moreover, according to Aboe, the DPR often uses the right of inquiry to carry out an investigation into the implementation of a government law or policy related to important, strategic, and broad impacts.

Today, the NasDem Party, PKB, and PKS have stated that they have joined one carriage to roll out the right of inquiry in the DPR to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 General Election.

However, the three parties carrying presidential and vice presidential candidates number 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar are waiting for the PDI-P (PDIP) to move as the initiator of the proposal for the right of inquiry.

Bearing in mind, the discourse on the right of inquiry was originally put forward by the presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo, which was promoted by PDIP.

If PDIP needs assistance in the form of supporting data needed in rolling out the rights of inquiry, NasDem, PKB, and PKS are ready to help provide the data they have.

It is known, the proposal to roll out the right of inquiry was submitted by the presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo in the coordination meeting of the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN) on February 15, 2024. At that time, they held a closed meeting at the High End Building, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.

Ganjar also encouraged the presidential and vice presidential camps number 1, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar to participate in using the right to inquiry.

According to him, with the involvement of the PDI-P, PPP, and several parties that carry Anies-Muhaimin in the DPR, namely NasDem, PKB, and PKS, the right of inquiry to investigate allegations of election fraud can be passed by more than 50 percent of DPR members.

Responding to this, presidential candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan admitted that he had heard about Ganjar wanting to open the door to communication with the AMIN pair for the use of the DPR's right to inquiry.

Anies also emphasized that his party is ready to roll out the right of inquiry in the DPR regarding the alleged fraud in the 2024 presidential election.
