Responding To The Viral Video Of The Presidential Candidates That Have Been Voted, Bawaslu Takes This Action

JAKARTA - The General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) is tracking a viral video on social media regarding the presidential candidate ballot that had been cast before the voting. "So the question of the alleged vote has been cast first to candidate 1, candidate pair 2 of 3, we are currently tracking it, but against the incident various efforts have been made," said Bawaslu member Lolly Suhenty at the Bawaslu office, Jakarta, Thursday, February 15. As for the efforts made by Bawaslu, continued Lolly, it was stated that the ballot that had been cast out was declared a damaged ballot letter to be replaced by a new ballot. "Until now, we have not added what number of events has been recorded," continued Rahmat.

Previously, it went viral on social media a video showing a number of officers from the KPPS who were showing a number of presidential election letters that had been cast for candidate pairs number 02 and 03. The viral video took place at TPS 17 Simpang Sari Garut, apart from the region, there are also various regions in similar cases, such as in Sampang Madura and abroad in Malaysia.
