JAKARTA - A number of personnel from the Central Java Police Mobile Brigade Unit seemed serious in preparing food for flood disaster refugees at the Wonotingal gas station Refugee Post, Karanganyar, Demak Regency, and at the Gajah Village Hall Refugee Command Post, Demak Regency, Tuesday, February 13.

It appears that the commander of the Iptu Suwarto team together with several Brimob personnel are struggling to prepare the spices for the kitchen, including Cabe, shallots and a number of vegetables to make breakfast menus for the refugees.

"The B Sat Brimob Battalion Team since a few days ago has been here to establish a field kitchen to meet the food needs of the refugees. In 1 field kitchen team consists of ten to fifteen personnel in charge of preparing the food menu. And in a day we cook three times with varying menus, including rice with egg side dishes, chicken meat and tempeh. And there are vegetables," said Iptu Suwarto, in a written statement, Tuesday, February 13.

At least 2,000 ready-to-eat foods are made every day and distributed to flood victims. For the menu, we have thought about it to fulfill the nutrition. Of course, it is in accordance with our abilities and we are still trying our best", he added.

Iptu Suwarto also ensures the cleanliness and nutrition of food in the field kitchen, his party also cooperates with the Demak Police Dokkes (Ministry and Health).

"Regarding nutrition and cleanliness, food has become our priority. We are collaborating with the Demak Police's Dokkes (Ministry and Health) Team to provide assistance," said Iptu. Suwarto.
