Muhaimin: NU And Muhammadiyah Unite Can Win AMIN

Vice President Muhaimin Iskandar attended Istighotsa Qubro prayer and dhikr at the multipurpose Building of the Indonesian Hajj Brotherhood Association (IPHI) Sragen Regency, Central Java, Monday (5/2/2024).

SRAGEN - Candidate for vice president number 1Muhaimin Iskandar stated that Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah united can win the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) pair in the 2024 presidential election (Pilpres).

"NU and Muhammadiyah are united, cannot be defeated," he said at the multipurpose building of the Indonesian Hajj Brotherhood Association (IPHI) in Sragen, Central Java, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, February 5.

This affirmation was conveyed by Muhaimin in front of thousands of volunteers and supporters of AMIN, at the Istighosah Qubro, Prayer and Remembrance activities for the victory of AMIN. The activity was also attended by representatives of Aisyiah Muhammadiyah, Fatayat NU and Muslimat NU.

"This is an inspiration for all of us," he said in front of the leaders of the two mass organizations who were organizationalally neutral.

Muhaimin was grateful that NU and Muhammadiyah figures mixed baur and united in the activity. He even invited a number of representatives of the two mass organizations to take a group photo.

"All development must be based on ethics, which was prepared by the founding fathers of the nation. If the leader has ethics and is based on the constitution, then development will be carried out as well as possible," he said.
