Proposal For The 2024 CASN Formation Until January 31, Menpan-RB: It Is Hoped That Non-ASN Personnel Will Prioritize

The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) continues to consolidate the arrangement of candidates for the state civil apparatus or CASN for central and regional government agencies for recruitment needs in 2024.

Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said the consolidation of proposed CASN needs in 2024 will be opened until January 31 through the e-formation application.

"Government agencies are welcome to consolidate the proposed formation on the formation platform. Menpan.go.id. It is hoped that the proposed ASN needs will prioritize the arrangement of non-ASN personnel," Anas said in his statement, Monday, January 22, which was confiscated by Antara.

Procurement of ASN in 2024 is open to Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) specifically for non-ASN or honorary and CPNS applicants for general applicants, including the latest graduates or fresh graduates.

Previously, the PANRB Ministry had submitted a letter to the Civil Service Officer (PPK) of government agencies regarding the proposed number of ASN needs in 2024.

Through this letter, the PPK is advised to propose the number of CPNS and PPPK needs in 2024 by attaching a proposal letter and a Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) in accordance with the attached format of the e-formation application.

The number of needs submitted to the e-formation will be taken into consideration in determining the number of ASN needs in 2024.

"The PANRB Ministry will determine the number of national formations and agencies, then a guide for the preparation of the details of the formation will be determined," he added.

Acting Deputy for Apparatus HR of the Ministry of PANRB Aba Subagja added, to encourage the optimization of the formation proposal, the PANRB Ministry has carried out a number of technical guidance related to the procurement of ASN 2024 to central and regional agencies.

The PANRB Ministry also held socialization related to the position of implementing ASN in government agencies.

"Because CASN 2024 is opened to functional positions and implementing positions. So, government agencies get comprehensive information and can optimize formation proposals in each K/L/D (ministerial, institutional, regional)," he said.

Aba explained that optimizing the filling of formations can be done by mapping the needs of real civil servants and PPPK in each ministry, institution, region. Qualification of education and positions in work units must also be mapped.

"Government agencies are also expected to map non-ASN personnel according to their work units as optimally as possible," he concluded.
