Langkat North Sumatra Police Arrest 3 Perpetrators Of Marijuana Dealers

The Langkat Resort Police (Polres), North Sumatra, arrested three perpetrators suspected of being involved in the circulation of 32 kilograms (kg) of marijuana. "Yes, that's right, the perpetrators are men with the initials M, SRS and DH," said Head of the Public Relations Section of the Langkat Police, AKP Rajendra Kusuma when contacted from Medan, Friday, January 19. Rajendra said the three perpetrators were arrested by the Langkat Police Narcotics Investigation Unit team in Langkat Village, Besitang District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, last Thursday at around 16:00 WIB. "Three perpetrators and evidence have now been confiscated by the Narcotics Unit for further legal proceedings and an investigation is still underway," he said. Rajendra said the Langkat Police were committed to eradicating narcotics in their jurisdiction. "This arrest is clear evidence of our efforts to eradicate drug crimes to maintain security and order in the Langkat Police jurisdiction," said Rajendra. The Langkat Police continue to invite cooperation from elements of society in efforts to eradicate narcotics crimes. "We must unite to fight narcotics crimes which are common enemies that can damage the younger generation, the nation's hopes," he said.

The North Sumatra Regional Police and their ranks continue to eradicate drugs, including taking action and carrying out rehabilitation which is one of the priority programs.
