JAKARTA - The National Team for Winning Anies-Muhaimin (Timnas AMIN) questioned the distribution of social assistance (bansos) carried out directly by President Joko Widodo near the presidential-cawapres billboard number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
The head of the National Law Team of the AMIN National Team, Ari Yusuf Amir, said that Jokowi's actions were suspected to be abuse of power infrastructure that benefits certain presidential candidates.

If Jokowi in the case of distributing social assistance is proven to have violated this provision, Ari said that Jokowi could be subject to sanctions for gross ethical violations. In fact, Jokowi could be dismissed or impeached.
"Government officials who are proven to have abused their authority can be subject to severe administrative sanctions. Heavy administrative sanctions can be in the form of permanent dismissal without obtaining any facilities," explained Ari.
Meanwhile, the captain of the AMIN National Team Muhammad Syaugi explained that his party did not actually reject the distribution of social assistance by the government. However, the increase in the budget for distributing social assistance carried out during the 2024 General Election should be suspected of politicizing social assistance.
"What happened is not concern for the people, but is strongly suspected of having electoral manipulation for certain candidate pairs which are full of money politics," said Syaugi., "he continued.
