Indonesia Garda Samudra Ganjar-Mahfud Strategy, TKN: Through Purchase Of Alutsista

JAKARTA - The Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN) explained the Guardian of the Seas or Indonesia strategy as the Samudra Guard which was introduced by candidate pair number 3, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.

TPN Political Deputy Ganjar-Mahfud, Andi Widjajanto said the strategy was realized through the purchase of the main weapon system equipment or defense equipment.

"Garda Samudra is realized through the purchase of defense equipment that leads to the SAKTI 5.0 defense, which is strong with the latest technology," he said in a written statement, Tuesday, January 16, which was confiscated by Antara.

He explained that currently Indonesia is faced with a defense threat, due to geopolitical uncertainty and Indonesia's strategic position. One of the risks that are dynamic and contemporary is related to US-Chinese geopolitical.

"The challenge does not only come from other countries, but also because of the shift in the center of gravity (CoG)," he said.

He continued, the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) is a new center of gravity so that it becomes a necessity to increase Indonesia's defense strength, with a fear that can dispel various types of threats. Then, the development of military postures that are connected and centralized to IKN must be strengthened by increasing the capacity of Anti Access/Regional Prevention (A2/AD) as Nusantara Fort, to fight threats in various defense zones.

"The need to reorganize the troop title (redeployment) due to this shift must be based on the universal people's defense system (Sishanrata) and a layered defense system," he said.

Previously, presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo said defense should be included in the 5.0 region, with SAKTI technology, with hypersonic missiles, cyber weapons, quantum sensors, and autonomous weapons systems.

According to him, these technologies do not lag behind their generation from weapons technology belonging to superpower countries. Strengthening defense capacity also requires the synergy of all dimensions (integrated dimensions) to be able to carry out cross-field operations, including by utilizing cyber instruments.
