Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said that this action was carried out with the Transportation Service (Dishub).

"Sunday, 25 trucks were taken action at the Tangerang City Main Benda Toll Exit and on Saturday there were 33 (trucks)," said Zain in his statement, Monday, January 15.

He also appealed to all truck drivers to comply with applicable regulations according to Perwal Number 93 of 2022 and Perbup Number 12 of 2022 concerning Regulations for Restrictions on Operational Hours for Land and Sand Transport Vehicles.

"In addition to causing traffic jams, the accidents caused a lot of injuries and lives," he concluded.
