TANGERANG - A father has the heart to have sex with his 15-year-old daughter. The act was carried out by the perpetrator at his residence in the Ampo Village area, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang City Police, Kompol Arief Yusuf, explained that the incident began when the perpetrator admitted that he could cure psychological diseases. Although, in fact, the perpetrator does not have medical expertise.

"The perpetrator admitted that he could help the victim to get rid of the disease. Even though the perpetrator did not have this expertise," said Arief in his statement, Sunday, January 14.

Receiving information that the princess was experiencing such conditions, the victim's mother also allowed her husband to help cure the victim.

"At that time, the perpetrator immediately took treatment by bathing the victim. There was an act of sexual immorality and sexual intercourse," he said.

The victim, who found the behavior on December 31, 2023, immediately complained to her mother. Based on the report, the victim's biological mother reported her husband to the police.

The police who received the information immediately arrested the perpetrator. They were then taken to the Tangerang Police Station

"From the results of the examination, the perpetrators fulfilled the evidence of the crime and were named suspects," he said.

Based on the results of the examination, the perpetrator committed sexual immorality and rape once.

For his actions, the perpetrator who has been named a suspect is threatened with Article 81 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning child protection and will be sentenced to 15 years in prison with a fine of Rp. 5 billion.

"Meanwhile, the victim will be given assistance to restore the trauma," he said.
