JAKARTA - Chairman (Ketum) of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep bought 200 servings of chicken noodles to help promote micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the South Jakarta area.

"Later I will help promote chicken noodles. Ask for help, I want to buy 200 servings or not? Can it not be distributed. Tomorrow 100 (porsion), the day after tomorrow 100," said Kaesang while attending the Batak Customary event at Mega Si Lima Karo Jaya Multipurpose Field, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Jakarta reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 10.

In this activity, President Joko Widodo's youngest son had a dialogue as well as listening to residents who generally work as MSME players and street vendors.

"I sell chicken noodles every day, it is very difficult to progress. What is the solution?" said one of the traders named Sri.

Responding to Sri's complaint, Kaesang, who was accompanied by his wife, Erina Gudono, said that helping the economy of MSME actors, one of which was by massive promotion.

"Sorry, Mrs. Sri, I asked him to sell chicken noodles a day of 35 servings. Are the chicken noodles sure they are not good? Anyone has any ideas? This is your opportunity to promote, right," said Kaesang.

In addition to economic problems, Kaesang is also committed to solving problems that women and children often face, one of which is cases of domestic violence (KDRT).

"The domestic violence that was complained about earlier is also a concern," he said.

Kaesang also used this activity to invite residents to come in droves to polling stations (TPS) on February 14 to give their voting rights in the 2024 General Election.

"One more thing, don't forget to come to the TPS, don't forget. Children watch Doraemonaja. Ladies and gentlemen, just go to the TPS," said Kaesang.
