"With regard to the number of laws tested in 2023, as many as 65 laws are requested to be tested by the Constitutional Court," continued Suhartoyo.

The Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court also explained that throughout 2023, the Constitutional Court received 202 cases of law testing; the details are 19 cases registered in 2022 and 183 cases in 2023.

Of the 202 cases, 136 cases have been decided, consisting of 19 cases registered in 2022 and 117 cases registered in 2023.
