Kaesang Blusukan To Pulo Village Banda Ciputat Promotes Residents' MSMEs

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep ended a series of his political visits to Pulo Banda Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang, while blusukan promoted MSMEs belonging to residents of the area.

Kaesang, who was asked by a resident of Pulo Banda Village regarding the program related to MSMEs for the community, was given a "beer pletok" product by residents.

Kaesang welcomed the gift of the resident enthusiastically and immediately showed it to the people who attended the event.

He also explained the efforts he had made as an entrepreneur before taking part in the world of politics, namely encouraging MSMEs to advance to class.

Kaesang said his company PT Harapan Bangsa Kita or GK Hebat which has fostered dozens of MSMEs from all over Indonesia, since before he served as Chairman of PSI.

In 2023, Kaesang together with the owner of RANS Entertainment Raffi Ahmad, and Sinar Mas Land also built an MSME culinary center in BSD City Tangerang Banten.

"When I became an entrepreneur fostering MSMEs, I couldn't massively, therefore I entered politics," said Kaesang as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 2.

Regarding the capital program for MSME players, Kaesang said that the government of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo had provided People's Business Credit (KUR) for MSME players and farmers.

In the draft program of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, said Kaesang, he has also prepared KUR without collateral.

While visiting the community in Pulo Village, Banda, East Ciputat, Kaesang took the time to discuss and discuss with residents.

Kaesang toured a number of areas in Banten Province to undergo a political agenda to ensure PSI and Prabowo-Gibran's victory today until Wednesday (3/1).

Previously, Kaesang had met and discussed with a number of levels of society, ranging from volunteers, startup entrepreneurs and founders, communities and creative industry players, to religious leaders.
