Bahlil Does Not Want To Respond To The Hoax News Of The Administrative Court Canceling The Results Of The Golkar Party's National Conference

JAKARTA - General Chairperson of the Golkar Party DPP Bahlil Lahadalia said the news related to the decision of the state administrative court (PTUN) which canceled the results of the Golkar Party National Conference was a hoax.

"That's a hoax. I don't need to respond to the hoax," Bahlil said, quoting ANTARA, Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Previously, Golkar Party politician Adrianus Agal reported to the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Metro Jaya Police regarding hoax news that defamed his party.

"One online media outlet contains hoax news. In the news, the state administration court cancels the Golkar Party's National Conference," said Adrianus Agal.

It was revealed that the fact that the court had never decided on the case discussed in online media.

"On that basis, I as a cadre of the Golkar Party feel aggrieved. Therefore, I came to report to Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

Adrianus' report has been received with the number LP/B/6055/X1/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated November 15, 2024.

In the report, Adrianus explained that on November 12, 2024, he learned of online media reports reporting about the Administrative Court canceling the results of the Golkar Party's National Conference.

Adrianus also brought some evidence that strengthened his report, namely in the form of a news link.

In his report, he reported the alleged criminal act of information crimes and electronic transactions of Law Number 1/2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11/2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions as referred to in Article 28 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 A paragraph (3).
