SUMEDANG - The West Java Provincial Government (Pemprov) has identified the construction of the Cisumdawu Toll Road post-Employment tunnel that rocked Sumedang Regency on Sunday, December 31.
"That after the earthquake in Sumedang Regency last night, it did not show any significant structural changes," said Head of the West Java Province Highways and Spatial Planning (DBMPR) Agency, Bambang Tirtoyuliono, in Sumedang Regency, Monday, January 1.

Bambang added that his party had coordinated with the National Road Implementation Center (BPJN) and the Ministry of PUPR to follow up on the possibility that occurred in the tunnel structure.
"Sudah menurunkan tim dan sekarang juga masih ada di lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi secara cepat kemungkinan-mungkinan adanya kerusakan," katanya.
