The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police said that the case file for the alleged possession of illegal firearms with the suspect Dito Mahendra had been declared complete. On the other hand, Djuhandhani said that Dito Mahendra had languished in the Bareskrim detention center for 105 days. It is known that the detention was carried out since Nindy Ayunda's lover was arrested in Bali on September 7, 2023. In this case, investigators confiscated seven illegal rifles, four airsoft guns, one air rifle, and 2,157 ammunition.

Dito Mahendra is suspected of Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 with a maximum threat of 20 years in prison.
