JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) has integrated life-long Registration Certificate (STR) services for health workers (nakes) and medical personnel into the One-Health Portal of HRK.

Director General of Health Workers Ariyanti Anaya said the policy was a strategy to facilitate STR administration as well as break brokering practices.

"There is no need to use brokers, just take care of them yourself, because now taking care of STR for life can be done anywhere and anytime through the One Health portal of HRK," he said in Jakarta, Tuesday, December 19, which was confiscated by Antara.

He appealed to all medical personnel and health workers who have an interest in submitting STR not to use brokers in the process of extending STR for life.

"The One Health Center for Human Resources is a portal provided by the Ministry of Health to concentrate and integrate all data on medical personnel and health workers in Indonesia," he said.

Through this portal, health human resources can find out and update personal and professional information as well as periodic updates, so that later it can make it easier for health human resources to provide services to the community.

Given the importance of this integration, Director General Ariyanti reminded that before administering the STR for life, the applicant must first update the data on the Indonesian Health Workers Consil website (KTKI) or the Indonesian Medical Consil (KKI).

Furthermore, the applicant applied for an extension of the STR for life online through the Satu Sehat SDMK platform by completing a number of required personal data.

If the applicant has been registered as a health worker, said Aryanti, the applicant must fill in additional data in the form of the latest photo and account number.

"However, if the applicant has not been integrated as a health worker, the applicant must complete the requirements such as the old STR, diplomas and/or professional certificates, the latest photo, and account numbers," he said.

For applicants who have never had a STR, he said, the application for a lifelong STR is carried out by fulfilling the requirements in the form of a diploma or professional certificate, competency certificate issued by the collegium, and the required personal data.

Applicants who graduated before 2013 who had not yet conducted competency tests and did not have a STR, according to him, a lifelong STR can be processed by applying for a diploma/certificate from an authorized official at a faculty/graduate who states the truth of the diploma, and attaches a photo and account number.

For graduates before 2014 who have not conducted competency tests, and do not yet have an STR, said Ariyanti, a lifelong STR can be processed by applying for a diploma and attaching it to a photo and account number.

"If the conditions are complete, the issuance of a lifetime STR will not take long, a maximum of 15 days after the STR application is submitted," he said.

For costs, Director General Ariyanti said that the tariff for applicants is different, depending on the type of work.

Doctors and dentists are charged a tariff of IDR 300 thousand, pharmacists are charged IDR 250 thousand, and other health workers IDR 100,000.

The tariff rules are listed in Government Regulation Number 64 of 2019. These costs are the official rates of KKI and KTKI which are Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP).
