JAKARTA - Member of Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives Maj. Gen. TNI (Ret.) TB Hasanuddin, highlighted the existence of active TNI members who were the winning team for Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Hasanuddin asked TNI Commander Agus Subiyanto to impose sanctions on his soldier named Major Teddy Indra Wijaya. "The TNI commander must immediately investigate and impose sanctions on the person concerned. The TNI must be neutral, if a member of the TNI becomes a winning team, it clearly violates the TNI Law and Election Law," said TB Hasanuddin to reporters, Monday, December 18. The PDI-P legislator also encouraged the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) to immediately take action against the alleged violation. "Bawaslu must immediately take action to Regulate his presidential/cawapres. It is clear that there are violations," he said.
