Presidential candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan responded to PSI General Chair Kaesang Pangarep's praise for his appearance in the presidential candidate's inaugural debate on Tuesday, December 12.

Not wanting to be complacent, Anies admitted that he was constantly in the process of learning to deal with debates and debates with his competitors in the 2024 presidential election.

"Yes, we are all still learning, we all continue to improve ourselves, we are still studying," said Anies at Malikussaleh Airport, North Aceh, Sunday, December 17.

On the one hand, Anies also hopes that the youngest son of President Joko Widodo will continue to carry out good political practices.

"Mas Kaesang also hopefully continues to run smoothly, what is being held is his mandate," said Anies.

Previously, Kaesang Pangarep assessed that the way the presidential candidate (candidate) number 1, Anies Baswedan, in the inaugural debate for the 2024 Presidential Election was quite good.

"Actually, over all, I have to admit yesterday's delivery method, Mr. Anies is quite good at delivering it," said Kaesang at the PSI DPP Basecamp, Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Friday, December 15.

Kaesang said that during the presidential candidate debate, Anies often conveyed problems that were considered not good, then offered changes.

"I think Mr. Anies said yesterday that every time something is lacking, it will be changed later, something will be changed; and if Pak Prabowo, it is clear that he will continue," he said.

However, the youngest son of President Joko Widodo admitted that he did not understand the position of presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo in terms of continuing or making changes to the existing government.

"So, if you want to continue, choose number 2. If you want to change, you can choose number 1," said Kaesang.
