Repnas Prabowo-Gibran Targets Young People To Provide Many Trainings To Fall Into The Business World

JAKARTA - National Entrepreneurs Volunteers (Repnas) Prabowo-Gibran will launch the Super Mentor program as a form of real work for Indonesia's young generation. In addition to discussing winning the 2024 presidential election, Repnas has also spurred Generation Z to dare to become a businessman from a young age. Chairman of the Super Mentor Committee Repnas Prabowo-Gibran Ahmad Zulfikar Priyatna said, Super Mentor launching activities will involve hundreds of young people from various educational backgrounds. The event will be held on December 19, 2023 at the CIMB Niaga Financial Hall, South Jakarta starting at 18.00 WIB. "This is a kind of business course that is integrated directly from successful actors," said Zulfikar during the Road to Repnas Super Mentor Conference in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday, December 15. Present at the Repnas Road to Super Mentor event, among others, the General Chairperson of the National Executive Board (DPP) Repnas Prabowo-Gibran Anggawira, M Sirod - TKN Expert Council Prabowo-Gibran, Ila Abdurahman Consultant Financial Planner, Deputy Chairperson of the National Executive Board (DPP) Repnas Ahmad Opid Adisuryo. The National Super Mentor will present directly the business actors who have been members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI). Among them were present as keynote specches, namely Bahlil Lahadalia (Investment Minister/Head of BKPM RI/Former Chairman of HIPMI) and Rosan Roeslani (Chairman of TKN Prabowo-Gibran/Former Ketum KADIN). Then the Super Mentors such as Dr Richard Lee, Hendy Setiono (owner Baba Rafi), Helmy Yahya and Tiara Adikusumah. According to Zulfikar, apart from Talk Show, this Repnas Super Mentor will conduct various types of training, short course, and direct practice. Even Repnas also provides knowledge about how to learn the finance business, basic management and so on. This is cool. Usually, entrepreneurship training is only given motivation and why. But this is deeper, we even share direct experiences with the actors and mentors, ” said Zulfikar. Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of the National Committee, Dr. Anggawira, said that with the presence of young business actors, it is hoped that they can build enthusiasm from the younger generation who are registered as Gen-Z to dare to become entrepreneurs. "Currently, young people with Z and millennials are obliged to fill Indonesia's economic development when Prabowo-Gibran wins later. Namely the creation of 2 million new entrepreneurs and novice entrepreneurs to become middle entrepreneurs,” said Anggawira.

The Mobile Repnas Program is located in 30 cities/districts and provinces. Because the challenge going forward in the midst of a demographic bonus is the availability of sufficient jobs. Moreover, currently the level of suspension in Indonesia has reached 18 million people.
