In addition, Ashraf said, this joint prayer was also held in the hope that the leader elected in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada would be a smart person and could carry out the people's mandate well and wisely, namely the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono pair.

"In addition to gratitude, we ask for prayers, hopefully what we are fighting for, what we are trying to do, God willing, give or be granted by Allah SWT. Namely the victory for RIDO one round, we always buzz," he said.

"Well, this is another effort, yesterday was a natural effort, this is a divine effort. Yes, however, as a religious creature, we believe everything comes from God, from God Almighty," he continued.

Ashraf said that apart from cadres in this joint prayer, around 450 of Khotib Jum'at had previously collaborated to convey peaceful messages in the face of the 2024 Pilkada.

"He has collaborated with us for almost 2 months, conveying an appeal for each Jum'at pulpit for the public to be able to participate in the election implementation procession properly, and of course keep calm, security, and don't let the Pilkada be a brotherhood," said Ashraf.
